Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the The Supply Guy Network website, ordering assistant, workspaces, and Invoice Intelligence tools (the “Service”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company.

Business use and accounts

The Service is for business purchasing by people 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your sign-in, and for keeping access to your email account secure. Tell us promptly at hello@thesupplyguy.network if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders

• An order placed through the Service is a request to purchase. It is accepted only when confirmed by the participating distributor that fulfills it, which may decline or limit any order.
• Orders must meet the minimum order shown at checkout.
• Prices, availability, and product details can change and may contain errors. If a price or item changes before fulfillment, we will ask you to confirm the updated order, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price.
• Shipping costs and delivery timing are estimated separately and confirmed before fulfillment.
• Payment terms, invoicing, taxes, returns, and credits follow the fulfilling distributor’s terms for your account.

Discounts and promotions

Product information and price comparisons

Product descriptions, recommendations, and “market checked” price comparisons are provided for convenience and come from suppliers, public sources, and automated tools. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always follow the manufacturer’s label, Safety Data Sheet, and instructions; you are responsible for confirming a product is suitable and safe for your use.

Automated assistance

The ordering assistant and Invoice Intelligence use automated and AI-assisted tools. Their output can be wrong and is not accounting, tax, legal, safety, or purchasing advice. Financial totals shown as verified are computed from extracted records; possible savings remain opportunities until confirmed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files and information you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and use them to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Notice. Upload only content you are authorized to share, and do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated content. Optional uses such as model improvement, de-identified network intelligence, and sales contact require your separate permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or copying catalog or pricing data at scale, reverse engineering it, or using it to send spam or violate the law or others’ rights. We may limit, suspend, or end access to protect users and the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design, and the The Supply Guy Network name and logos belong to us or our licensors. Supplier and manufacturer names, logos, and product content belong to their owners. These terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks.

Third-party products and links

Products are made by their manufacturers, and any product warranty comes from the manufacturer or distributor. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in these terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state where The Supply Guy Network maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at hello@thesupplyguy.network so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top show when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
